Welcome to the Sarantel Group PLC Investor Relations Centre.

Sarantel Ltd. is the wholly owned subsidiary of Sarantel Group PLC and was formed in March 2000 as a management buyout of technology developed by Dr. Oliver Leisten at Symmetricom Ltd of Northampton UK. The company moved to Wellingborough UK the following year to build a high volume production facility.

Its first commercial shipments of innovative GPS antennas began in 2001, and since then, the company has introduced a number of novel products to round out its patented GeoHelix™ GPS antenna product line, culminating in the industry standard GeoHelix-SMP passive surface mount antenna and the GeoHelix-S active surface mount antenna.

To expand its manufacturing capacity and its global sales and marketing efforts, Sarantel Group PLC began trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange on March 2, 2005 under the symbol SLG.
